3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. Payment details may be required to secure your session.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time will receive a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session price.

All payments must be made at the time of booking or immediately after your session. Unpaid balances may result in the suspension of future services until resolved.
